A Conversation with Jason McDaniel: The ICBC of Today: Presented in Partnership with New Car Dealers Association of BC

The Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce invites you to an engaging networking luncheon featuring Jason McDaniel, President and CEO of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia.
Join business and community leaders for an insightful conversation about the ICBC of today, the organization’s role in communities across British Columbia, and how it is working to place customers at the heart of its business.
Jason will share insights from his leadership of one of British Columbia’s largest Crown corporations and discuss how ICBC supports businesses, customers and communities throughout the province. The conversation will also explore Enhanced Care, affordable insurance, customer service and ICBC’s continued investments in road safety and community infrastructure.
The keynote presentation will be followed by a moderated question-and-answer session, giving attendees an opportunity to hear directly from ICBC’s President and CEO.

Jason McDaniel, President and CEO, Insurance Corporation of British Columbia

As President and CEO of ICBC, Jason McDaniel leads a dedicated and diverse organization serving communities throughout British Columbia. Together with ICBC’s executive team, he provides leadership and strategic direction focused on affordable insurance, exceptional customer experiences and trusted protection for people in B.C. and everyone travelling on the province’s roads.
During his more than 20-year career with ICBC, Jason has held several key leadership positions. One significant milestone was his central leadership role in implementing Enhanced Care—the largest auto-insurance transformation in ICBC’s history. The initiative improved insurance affordability and expanded recovery benefits for British Columbians.
