The Power of Engagement Marketing
How a Small Business Wins in a Socially Connected World

Small businesses, associations and non-profits should think about Engagement marketing as a key component of their online marketing strategy and to focus on using both Email & Social Media Marketing to maximize the benefits.

If you are looking to generate more positive referrals through online and offline marketing activities, including social media, email newsletters, surveys, events and blogs, engagement marketing, when done well, can become the single best source of new customers, members or donors for any small business or organization.

We will talk about the the Engagement Marketing Cycle:

The cycle is made up of three components:

  1. Create a WOW! Experience (in small ways and large) that create an opportunity for you to
  2. Enticeyour customers to connect with you (be sure to tell them what they’ll get when they connect with you, and be sure that what they’ll get will be of value to them) and then
  3. Engagewith them, by delivering that content and the interactions that will inspire them to participate and to take action.

When you do these things, you’ll have created a cycle that will keep them coming back ideally to buy from you, use your service, donate, etc.  The best part?  It becomes an ongoing engine for your business growth.
