Board Governance Workshop

Board Governance Workshop
Take your board to a whole new level!

A workshop designed for both volunteer board members and staff about governance best practices and the effective operation of a board.

Do you want to improve your Board's effectiveness? Do you want to strengthen your Chamber and learn essential strategies and best practices for you and your board?

Join Deb McClelland, Executive Director of the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce. Deb has served on many boards over the past 37 years, and has studied board governance for over 17 years. She has guided her own board, as well as others, to transition to this effective model.  When it comes to Governance Deb has become one of the go-to people for Chambers across the province!
