CEO Breakfast: BC Transit’s President and CEO Erinn Pinkerton

About the Event
Come out on Wednesday, February 26th from 7:30 - 9:00 am for a Networking Breakfast at the Coast Bastion in the Benson Room.  BC Transit’s President and CEO will introduce you to the new vision for the future of public transportation in British Columbia. Erinn’s focus is on taking a customer centric approach through use of technology and creating an environment that embraces mobility as a service. The presentation will also talk about how this vision will support businesses, their employees and their customers. The presentation and discussion will explore the benefits for the public transportation services in the Regional District of Nanaimo, and the strong relationship of our local partners. To demonstrate the new vision of BC Transit, Erinn will walk the group through a customer journey of the future.

BC Transit CEO Erinn Pinkerton

Why Attend?
In developing our new strategic plan, BC Transit heard similar challenges across the province including creating better mobility options, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and supporting a reduction in congestion. BC Transit is well positioned to support these goals with our partners, including the Regional District of Nanaimo. This presentation will talk about the benefits of embracing a customer centric model for public transportation for the Regional District of Nanaimo, and how the shift will help businesses, their employees, and their customers.
