Erinn's focus is on taking a customer centric approach through use of technology and creating an environment that embraces mobility as a service. The presentation will also talk about how this vision will support businesses\, their employees and their customers. The presentation and discussion will explore the benefits for the public transportation services in the Regional District of Nanaimo\, and the strong relationship of our local partners. To demonstrate the new vision of BC Transit\, Erinn will walk the group through a customer journey of the future. \n\n\n\nBC Transit CEO Erinn Pinkerton\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy Attend?\n\nIn developing our new strategic plan\, BC Transit heard similar challenges across the province including creating better mobility options\, reducing greenhouse gas emissions\, and supporting a reduction in congestion.
