Inspiration & Motivation Event Series #3: "Hot Mess" - Isabelle Mercier Turcotte

FROM HOT MESS TO ORGANIZED SUCCESS
Improving Focus, Organization And Productivity At The Office Or Virtually

My partner and I have been in business together for over 25 years. Our first business was a creative agency with over 20 team members - some virtual, some working together under the same roof in an open space environment.

Imagine a bunch of creative people, dealing with thousands of computer files, assets, fonts and deadlines. We operated in both MAC & PC platforms and had on average 65 projects at once (need I say more...)! It was a total nightmare, until we locked ourselves in our small boardroom for an entire week to create our famous Purpose + Place System.

Audience Members will:
            •      Leverage the power of Bubble Time.
            •      Use the LeapZone BrainDump System to get clear and organize daily.
            •      Use the LeapZone Week Planner to prioritize weekly actions.
            •      Learn to organize the inbox using the LeapZone Triage System.
            •      Learn to organize computer files using the LeapZone Purpose + Place System.
            •      Learn the 3 most important tools needed to create order and peace-of-mind.

Go from frustrating chaos to well-oiled machine and from overwhelmed to clear, organized and happy.
