Hosted by Nanaimo Association for Community Living
Join the Nanaimo Chamber and Nanaimo Assisted Community Living (NACL) at the May luncheon next Thursday, May 9th at the Nanaimo Golf Club.
As many as 50% of Canadians will experience disability during their life, and yet, people with disabilities are still referred to as the “untapped talent pool.” During this presentation from the Nanaimo Association for Community Living, service manager and employment specialist Sean Enns will share findings from a multi-year research project and provide practical solutions for employers ready to take the next steps towards inclusive hiring.

Why attend? ~ Employers with inclusive hiring practices are closing the gap on labour shortages. This presentation from the Nanaimo Association for Community Living will prepare you for a deep dive into the untapped talent pool of people with disabilities.
