AGM & Membership Luncheon

11:00 am    Beginning of AGM - Welcome!
11:30 am    Break for lunch and start of Membership Luncheon.
Guest Speaker: Greg D’Avignon: President and CEO, Business Council of BC

AGM Luncheon
sponsored by .

What do you want BC to look like in 2035?  What are the big ideas that will leverage our collective strengths, adapt to global trends and result in the creation of a strong economy and society that will propel our province through the fourth industrial revolution? What will your local economy look like and how will it contribute to the province’s overall prosperity?  What do we need to start doing today – from an investment and public policy perspective – to reach our long term goals?  The Business Council of British Columbia (BCBC), working with businesses, thought leaders, and community partners across BC, including the Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce, is developing a twenty year road map for the province’s economy.  The initiative, BC2035, will engage community and business leaders in a conversation that will explore how to build a strong, sustainable BC economy, supported by communities across the province that will contribute to our collective prosperity, social services and high standard of living.
