The Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce invites members, partners, and the broader community to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM is an important opportunity to reflect on the Chamber’s achievements over the past year, share key updates, and look ahead to priorities shaping Nanaimo’s business community. Following the formal meeting, guests are invited to stay for a relaxed meet-and-greet mixer.

⏰ AGM: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Free and open for our MEMBERS to attend. Registration is mandatory
🍸 NETWORKING Mixer: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
