About Us
We are a bright, beautiful 1100 sq ft upper studio located in the heart of downtown Nanaimo, on Victoria Crescent, on the traditional (unceded) territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation. We have 16 spots available for spin classes and 14 spots available for yoga and barre classes. Our instructors provide fun, well-structured classes, to create an environment that allows you to connect with others in our community to inspire each other to work a little harder and have a good time doing it!
