Location: North Nanaimo Town Centre (NNTC) – Food vendor location is limited to the PLAY AREA PARKING ENTRANCE (5 spots per day only).

Please complete all fields below. Limited availability: only 5 food vendor spots per day. A load‑in schedule and final instructions will be emailed at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Applications are subject to approval. Placement is at the discretion of the Event Coordinator. • Food vendor location is at the PLAY AREA PARKING ENTRANCE of NNTC; space is limited; no relocation on event day. • Vendors must comply with VIHA regulations and all applicable permits/licences; proof required prior to load‑in. • Arrival/load‑in times will be assigned; no driving through restricted areas; no early takedowns. • Vendors are responsible for cleanliness of their area and for safe disposal of grey water/grease (no on‑site dumping). • The Chamber, its staff, volunteers, and venue are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of vendor property. • This is a non‑smoking/vaping market; minimum 10m from market zone. • Power is limited; quiet generators may be permitted with prior approval only.
