November 2021 Monthly Networking Luncheon

Are you looking for skilled and qualified employees?
Employers in B.C. are facing unprecedented challenges finding skilled and qualified staff.  At the same time, many employers are looking for ways to create more diverse and inclusive places of work.  Join us for a talk with Nanaimo Association for Community Living (NACL), a group of local employers, and a job seeker as they share their experiences and successes.
As employers face unprecedented hiring challenges, NACL Employment Services connects employers with skilled and qualified job seekers with diverse abilities.
At this special panel discussion, you'll hear first-hand from Nanaimo employers and job seekers who have benefitted NACL's tailored approach which includes:

  • Helping employers with job procurement, job matching, and the person with the diversability.
  • providing support for the employer, their co-workers, and the person with the diversability.
Join us for our first IN-PERSON Luncheon since January 2020 sponsored by NACL.

Please note that we will be taking the appropriate precautions as directed by the current PHO to protect the health of all of our guests and staff supporting the event.  In order to attend this in-person event you must be double vaccinated and show your vaccination card at the check-in table.  Thank you for working with us to ensure every ones health and safety.
