Refunds will be issued with 48 hours notice.\n\n\n\nNOTE: Cut off for all luncheons are ONE WEEK before the scheduled lunches. After that time\, there will be an additional $7 added to tickets.\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy\n\nThe Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce maintains a 48 hour minimum (2 business days) cancellation policy for all Chamber events. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.  Unpaid registrations will be invoiced. This includes any function for which a charge is made. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered\, consider offering your spot to a colleague\, staff member or customer as a gift. There is no additional charge to transfer your registration to someone else. Simply notify the Chamber by calling 250-756-1191.\n\nThank you for your cooperation.
