Refunds will be issued with 24 hours notice.\n\n	\n\n	The General Membership Luncheon to be held on October 10\, 2012\, 11:30 am\, at the Grand Hotel shall be deemed a Special General Meeting for the purpose of making a bylaw amendment. On the recommendation of our Treasurer and the Board of Directors\, Article 7.14 Audit will be amended as follows:\n\n	\n\n	7.14         FINANCIAL REVIEW ENGAGEMENT/AUDIT\n\n	The Board shall present their recommendation for an accounting firm auditorfor the ensuing year to the members at the Annual General Meeting. The members shall\, by majority vote\, appoint the accounting firm to reviewauditor to audit the accounts and the annual financial statements of the organization for report to the members at the next annual meeting. The accounting firm auditorshall hold office until the next annual meeting. The remuneration of the accounting firm auditorshall be fixed by the Board of Directors.
